I have some news.... some exciting news....
I am going back to school! Well actually University. I am doing my Graduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching (Primary) via distance.
This means I will be a qualified primary school teacher in 15months!!!
I have my orientation on the 22nd of February so wish me luck!!
So in short I have a very BUSY 15 months ahead of me, where I will be having to squeeze in study around the kids, their school, work, marching, and the odd time for scrapping! I am so excited though. I will using my degree that I got years ago (finally) and getting into a career that will set me and the kids up. Yes I know teachers don't get paid HEAPS, but hey its a good career!

Back at school 2010. Alyssa has Mrs Murray in room 5. She is in year 5 this year. Nara and Lachlan have Mrs McMillan in room 2. They are year 2 this year. Smart looking kids I must say. Nara also had to choose two plaits for her hair 'do' that day too!!! Lol

That's sooo exciting you got into Teachers College (yeah I know it's the old fashioned term lol). You'll be a fantastic teacher and I wish you all the best for the next 15 months.
